Our Leadership Team

Kannan

Kannan is a seasoned senior Organization Development professional with over 30 years of internal and external consulting experience. He has varied areas of expertise including large-scale change initiatives, leadership and management development interventions, and performance consulting and building empowered teams.

Kannan’s approach integrates the best of current research with practical, real-life application. His successful stint as the Head of OD in Lifestyle International and Max Retail (part of the Landmark Group) and Reliance Retail involved significant work in enhancing leadership capability and creating a culture of challenge with support. This included driving developmental workshops and coaching leaders on how to develop their own leadership capability through structured learning sessions including reflection and action on insights they gained from 360- degree feedback.

Kannan’s work with clients like GE, Toyota, Bosch, Volvo, Shell, Sify, Infosys, Philips Software, Deutsche Software, Tata Teleservices, LGSoft, GVKGroup, RelianceRetail, LandMarkGroup & TataHitachi demonstrates his understanding of the intricate dynamics of human interactions and their impact on the complexities of organisational systems and Culture.

Haresh

Haresh is an Electronics Engineer by qualification and a capability developer by choice, Haresh has over 25 years of work experience in Sales, Client Servicing and Training. Haresh uses his experience to help leaders make their employees successful. He has worked with organizations like America Online, AXA and Future Group in the area of training and assessment centres.

Haresh has conducted workshops in the areas of Leadership, Sales, Service and Facilitation skills over many years. He has designed and conducted assessment and development centres. He is also a certified DISC facilitator and assessor. He has undergone his coaching certification with CLI, (Canada). Haresh is a Prosci certified Change Practitioner and Trainer. He has consulted with organizations like Toyota, Qualcomm, Weir India, Manipal Global Education, Himalaya Drugs, BIAL, HSBC, Wipro, McAfee, Cargill, Honeywell, Altisource & Zydus Cadilla to name a few. Haresh is the founder of Simple Learning, a training organization that focuses on helping participants implement their learning post the workshop.

R.GopalKrishna

R. Gopal Krishna is an executive coach with extensive experience not only in coaching senior leaders across industries and functions but also extensive assessment, facilitating and training experience. He is a regular visiting faculty for the Leadership Skills for Top Management (LSTM) program at the reputed ISB, Hyderabad.

Gopal’s corporate experience includes senior responsibilities in the Internet and Insurance sectors with global giants. He was part of the founding team at National Institute of Sales (NIS), one of the largest sales training organisations. He was a Global Practice Leader with HR consulting firm Hewitt, and more recently managed operations for one of the fastest growing nonprofits in India. His initial experience was in the manufacturing sector and later in sales with a leading FMCG major. Gopal has a track record of more than ten years as an entrepreneur with multiple forays into the B2B and B2B2C service domains. He has coached senior executives from a wide variety of large and small organisations.

Being an entrepreneur himself and working with millennials has enabled him to better bridge the gap between the older industry and the start-up generation leaders. Gopal has worked with organisations like Qualcomm, Microsoft, Dell, Oracle, Flipkart, TCS & UNICEF to name a few. Education / Certifications Gopal is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA from the prestigious IIM, Bangalore. He is a certified MBTI facilitator.
