Haresh has conducted workshops in the areas of Leadership, Sales, Service and Facilitation skills over many years. He has designed and conducted assessment and development centres. He is also a certified DISC facilitator and assessor. He has undergone his coaching certification with CLI, (Canada). Haresh is a Prosci certified Change Practitioner and Trainer. Gopal’s corporate experience includes senior responsibilities in the Internet and Insurance sectors with global giants. He was part of the founding team at National Institute of Sales (NIS), one of the largest sales training organisations. He was a Global Practice Leader with HR consulting firm Hewitt, and more recently managed operations for one of the fastest growing nonprofits in India. His initial experience was in the manufacturing sector and later in sales with a leading FMCG major. Gopal has a track record of more than ten years as an entrepreneur with multiple forays into the B2B and B2B2C service domains.
